The last harvest from outside has happened. The Asian greens, Pak Choy and Baby Napa Cabbage, were brought in. The basil, which became an awesome pesto, was kept inside under a grow light. Time to fire up the growing equipment inside which will house Sweet Basil, Golden Cherry Tomatoes and Mini Thai peppers. The new hobby here is Margharita Pizza which requires fresh basil. The Thai peppers are small and tasty with the seeds providing the heat.
